Services
Our approach to early childhood education and care centralizes the child as an active agent in their own learning, valuing the individual identity each child brings to our child care and early education centres. We uphold an image of the child as being a capable, curious, competent and creative learner who is eager to seek new knowledge through exploring their interests both independently and collaboratively.
The learning program delivered at our child care and early education centres is underpinned by the principles, practices and outcomes of the Early Years Learning Framework and the G8 Practice Statements. Our team provides a program to engage, excite and extend children, ensuring their enquiring minds and evolving skills and strengths are expanded through play-based experiences.
Establishing healthy eating habits from an early age lays the foundation for lifelong health and wellbeing. At Community Kids children enjoy a nutritious morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea, all prepared daily at our child care and early education centre. Meals are fresh, colourful and tasty enough to tempt even the fussiest of eaters, all while meeting Australian Dietary Guidelines and recommended requirements.
Our child care and early education centres reflect the community in which we live. Creating connections within the wider community benefits society as a whole by creating a network of unity and support. Learning about our local services and resources offers children a way to broaden their knowledge and develop a more well-rounded and comprehensive understanding of their surroundings, contributing to a greater sense of belonging.
Extending upon experiences at school and at home, our school-aged care programs provide children with a positive social environment designed for play, leisure and learning. Highly recommended Early Learning Centre ! We really love Community Kids PV, if only we don't move to other side of Melbourne, we would love to have our daughter to stay and future babies to enroll here..the manager Gemma and all educators are amazingly kind, super helpful & friendly. My daughter is in the pre kinder room with Mrs Anne and Tina, they both are really professional educators ( Mrs Anne as kinder teacher with decades experienceđź‘Ťđź‘Ťđź‘Ť) and all others staffs (Gulden, Vincent, etc )always deliver their professional work towards our children with genuine care & love. We really love CK a lot for the dedication, the love and the fantastic level of care that the educators and the staff put in during the stint that we sent our daughter there. We're leaving the center for a logistic reason and feeling really sad looking back on the wonderful journey at CK. To all new parents out there who are considering sending your little one to daycare - This is the place and don't hesitate a second! Nothing beats seeing your child receiving top care and love from other people in the society!

We really like Community Kids because the Manager and Educators are very nice and friendly. They look after our daughter very well. We can see how much our daughter enjoys going there and when it is time to go home she wants to stay in the centre longer.

Our son attends this centre and has since he was 11mths old.
The staff have a genuine love and care for all the kids but I love how they show genuine concern love and caring for my son. He loves going to school so much that he cries on weekends when he can’t go to school.
They give daily updates of videos and pictures and what is happening in real time. I can see how long he has slept and what he’s eaten which impacts his dinner/bedtime.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the centre to anyone in the area.

I love this child care centre. They’re very caring and constantly reassuring of my sons time spent there and take great effort in monitoring his wellbeing and behaviour. The centre itself is amazing with every amenity a child would possibly need and the carers/teachers are just wonderful and very well trained. Would recommend anyone enrol there child here! Great learning advantages and very well managed in all areas.

My daughter started in the babies room here. I love that all the educators know her and she is cared for by everyone there. Each carer makes an effort to let me know how she is going, especially at the moment going through our first phase of separation anxiety. I feel well supported by all the staff when it is sometimes difficult to leave while my daughter is upset and take comfort that in me absence they tend to her so well and ensure she enjoys her time there.

I have had three children at this centre through various years, with a three year old currently there, and the centre continues to excel. The staff are so genuinely passionate about their jobs, and so caring towards the children in their care. I have always told anyone who has asked me about the centre, that I just don't consider it as a place that looks after my child, but I consider the staff like family because that's how they treat the families with children in their care.

Absolutely fantastic centre! Our daughter is in the babies room, and we are really happy with all aspects of her care at CKPV. The educators are passionate, friendly and highly experienced. We are really impressed with the communication and level of detail on daily activities and progress. All staff are friendly, welcoming and engaging. The facilities are excellent, and the centre is clean and safe. It's fantastic that parents are invited to attend / get involved in various events throughout the year. CKPV has a wonderful family feel to it and I highly recommend it to local families.

My twin boys started at this centre in the babies room and they love it there along with all the staff. They transitioned into day care so easily because it feels like their home away from home and the staff are so great at attending to their individual needs. The facilities are excellent, the staff are really caring, the food is fantastic and it feels just like one big family. I would highly recommend this centre to anyone living in the area.
