I called yesterday to change the appointment and got chance to talk to lovely receptionist Abbey who was so professional and lovely to talk.She was so humble and polite and did provided me the appointment I was looking for!

The doctor I was given to speak to on my phone appointment was utterly rude and honestly pathetic. Told me he doesn’t know anything about anxiety and tried to insinuate I wanted drugs when all I wanted was to talk to him about what is happening to me.
He increased my anxiety and this is why I can’t find a good doctor to continue seeing.

I've only recently started seeing Dr Jo recently and she is lovely and I've been very comforable with her! I found Epping Healthcare through word of mouth when I was searching for a good GP in the northside. I'm glad I found the right one! The reception has also been very pleasant to deal and are very quick with their responses.
Overall very happy with my experience here!

By far the worst gp consultation I've ever experienced. Dr. Win was no help at all and suggested I see my regular gp instead. The reception staff need to work on their customer service! Really disappointed and most definitely won't be back.

Epping healthcare was once upon a time was a great clinic, unfortunately at present it is not. I was a patient for over 10 years but in the last 2 years have experienced extreme negligence and unprofessional behaviour. I would not recommend Epping Healthcare to anyone.

This is the center I have been goin to almost over 5 years now but really unhappy with the receptionist today. Although she was so rude. I only needed to talk to my GP for not even 5 mins as I had to ask for an antibiotic. The receptionist dint even ask the doctor and told me straightaway that I hv to wait till next week which is 3 days away. Moreover she said to me u have to look for another clinic. Wow wat a shame.

Last week I came to Epping Healthcare with my son and had a very positive experience. The doctor was professional and thorough which was good. The Indian looking girl at reception was extremely polite and well spoken. Having a smile on her face went a long way and it made me feel welcome. I hope everyone can learn from her and I would recommend others to visit epping healthcare also.

My experience at Epping Healthcare is far from a nightmare - staff members/receptionist are very informative and makes seeing a doctor easy. Although they do prefer appointments they will fit you in for a walk in if possible. Staff members will advise you if there is a wait and let you go grab a coffee or go do what you need to do.
My go to GP when I attend Epping healthcare as a walk in is either Dr Win or Dr Fatima as they are both lovely doctors and have there on way of caring. My experience at epping Healthcare has been nothing but great and staff and drs make it better! Would give it 10 stars

I have recently seen Tania the cosmetic nurse at the clinic and my experience and results has been outstanding. She is very kind, understand, friendly and cares about the results that you want to achieve and will recommend exactly what procedure or treatment needs to be done in order to make sure that your desired goals are achieved. Every time i have visit Tania, i have been so happy with the results that i have messaged her straight away. She is also very responsive and will make sure that she offers consistent after care. I absolutely adore Tania and would recommend her services to anyone.

A new patient to the clinic but i cannot express how well presented and spoken the reception staff are. I do understand they might be under pressure or a little busy, so I never hold that against them.
The doctors are very thorough with their examinations, even though they might fall behind, we are all human and these things do happen.
