From the Doctor perspective, I would rate Dr Habashy 5 stars always. He is attentive and great with my daughter. As a GP he seems very knowledgeable and puts my mind at ease.
From an admin and reception side, it should be a minus 2 stars review.
It is almost impossible to get through by phone - there is a recording that tells you that you are 2nd in line, but it doesn't matter when you call, it always says second and even after ten minutes doesn't change.
They fail to update the app bookings to allow for Dr availability. I booked online, the most important thing was for child immunisation (I

The worst medical centre I've been too, saw Dr Anita Dorma and she was horrible, I was in and out after 2 mins, I told her my daughter has been constipated and have a fever for 3 weeks her response was if your daughter has a fever for 3 weeks she would be dead already, all she did was check her temperature and chest and the consultation was over didn't give any advice on what to do, literally got up of her chair and opened the door for us to leave.
Such a waste of time, I would not be coming here ever again.

I've been going to this practice since 2015 and absolutely love the level of professionalism and service. I've had a few instances for myself and my family that the GPs were able to diagnose and treat properly.
I used to live in the area but now moved; still go there due to good service.

Have been our family doc since 2014 when Habashy helped my kid sis come into the world. Recommend this practice not for all the small repeat stuff but because the family-run aspect makes it a great familial place, and Habashy's country practice shines thru on the weird genetic tongue my s.dad has, keeping my needle avoidant mum to her schedules, and really questioning my best care plan options when ever I went in and out of hospital. He does know what he's doing, and the team are fantastic gracious courteous people.

I wouldn’t recommend this practice. I had a positive Helicobacter test after suffering stomach pain and Dr Habashy said I didn’t need to take antibiotic pills to treat it when I did. The pain worsened substantially and it wasn’t until another doctor said I needed to that I did. The issue then improved.

Wished I’d checked the reviews on google before wasting my time, this is the 3rd time this happened at the clinic for me. First time I was told the doctor hadn’t arrived yet, he was late coming into the office, I said that’s fine I’ll wait. 2nd time he was late arriving to work again, ok next time I wouldn’t book in the morning. Today I made a later appointment, moved around meetings, hired a babysitter. Arrived to the appointment and was told dr was running late, there were 4 people ahead of me.
