After selling our family home and relocating, Tennille & her amazing team at HOME Specialist Property Management went above and beyond to assist with our smooth transition into a rental home. As first time renters we found the whole process so smooth and easy. The application process was seamless and all communication was clear. With the easy to use digital phone apps, I can report any maintenance issues as they arise. Laetitia is very quick to respond and no problem is to big.
As a renter, using HSPM, we feel very looked after and thoroughly enjoy our new home.

We used the services of Home Specialist Property Management for the last five or so years and could not be happier. Tennille and the team at HSPM looked after our rental property for about 8 years. We had two long term and reliable tenants during that time. The house had a few maintenance issues here and there and each situation was dealt with promptly and professionally by the team which alleviated any stress on our part. Best real estate on the coast. I have been a renter for several years and have had many Realtors to go through. Home specialist property management really make you feel valued as a tenant, are there to help you when you need it, communicate well, and make reporting repairs easy. They even have seminars to help you get into the property market. I have already recommended them to a few friends and will continue to do so.

I have been long term owner working with HSPM for over 10 years now, and I highly recommend this agency. Over the years I had the pleasure to deal with different team members (Karla, Laetitia, Barb and Tennille), and each and everyone of them have a genuine passion for their work and ensuring the best possible outcome. It is very reassuring knowing you can rely on the whole team, not just your dedicated property manager, as there is a real sense of continuity when life events happens (long leave, maternity leave etc).

Tennille has done an amazing job managing our property. She had our property tenanted quickly with good tenants and was always meticulous in her inspection reports. Tennille is a genuinely kind and trustworthy person and her and her team are dedicated to ensuring that your property is looked after. We have had experience with other property managers, but I would not recommend any other property manager on the Coast!
