Liaise with Trades Monitor to ensure contractors are licensed and carry appropriate insurances. Perform all administrative functions involved in implementing client decisions and any requirements according to the relevant Act. We are also available to provide general advice and assistance wherever we can.

Sarah Gerraty has been nothing short of amazing during the repairs to a unit I manage in Dee Why which has been ongoing. I have been living in the current Strata Scheme complex for the past 8-9 years and as the Chairperson of the Executive Committee for 5 ½ terms.
