Michael and his team installed 2 splits and a multisplit with 3 heads. Received great service from Air Turners from first contact. Michael has consistently responded to my many many questions and great comms is important to me. His team was punctual, courteous and hard working. What also impressed me was how they found a solution to hide drain pipes so I don't have them running around my exterior walls! Highly recommended!

From installation quote to advice on what size split systems I would need, Air Turners were great. Within a day of my initial inquiry Mick was out preparing the Quote for installation. By the end of the week Victor was installing the units right on time. The electrician and his assistant were also excellent. (They assisted with installing a new oven not on the quote & upgrading some fuses). Service was good. However after over a week of the A/C installation, the electrician hasn't been able to come and finish the job. Sounds like he always has something more important to do than helping a customer who has already made full payment.
Update:
The electrician sent me a message to apologise and made explanation, before coming to finish the job this morning.
Overall it's positive experience, with both the a/c installer and the electrician being nice and very professional.
It'd be better had the electrical work been done on time.

Our property manager hired Air Turners to install a new split system in our apartment. Their quote was on the expensive side but we went ahead with it to avoid the hassle of dealing with suppliers and installers ourselves. This was the wrong decision, as Air Turners have been nothing but trouble.
