We guarantee that Your Technician will be at your house within the allocated time frame, or we'll give you $50.00 off your bill. Ideal Air also has a number of national commercial clients who are set up on routine maintenance contracts, the bonus for our commercial clients is that we take care of everything and they only need to deal with one contact for their multiple locations to be serviced.

We paid a call out fee of $240.00 for repair and service of ducted heating. The first appointment the guy didn’t turn up. Had to ring again. Then came a week later and replaced thermostat. Stayed. Did not service ducted heating. When asked about this later was told it would cost anther $130 to come out again. The guy that came out did not have good communication skills and asked me if I had a ladder. At the time I was recovering from an operation and walking with a walker and was in no shape to get him a ladder which he had in his van??? The total time the guy was here was 20minutes. The total

Ideal's call-out report said that my split system was a high risk repair due to its age and parts being unavailable. A new system was recommended. As the unit was only 7 years old I rang another company and they replaced the faulty part and had it going within an hour!!
Following this review I discussed the matter of the call-out report with the owner of the business. He was very courteous and explained the reasons behind their recommendation. The matter was resolved to my satisfaction.

Our central heating system was in need of a good clean and service as we approach the winter period in Melbourne. I can’t believe the difference in how the system is operating now that it has been cleaned properly. A very friendly and capable technician came and got on with the job efficiently! We have used Ideal Air twice for different heating and cooling issues over an 18 month period. In both instances the team were great to deal with; from the people in the office booking and confirming appointments, to the technicians who came out to repair the systems. In each instance the technician provided alternate solutions, pricings and considered recommendations - not simply pushing the most expensive option. They were clean, reliable, prompt and managed expectations - and were great to deal with. Would definitely recommend to others!
