I know used car salesmen usually get a bad wrap, however my experience was top notch! Morris who assisted me was an absolute legend, while being very professional, knowledgeable and a great communicator. TLDR: Get your car serviced somewhere else if you value your time and money. These guys take six visits to repair basic problems and will provide you with extremely poor customer service.

I've had an ongoing issue with a warning light coming on for my rear brake light being out (even though it isn't) for months and my experience with Hyundai and National Capital Motors in Belconnen has been extremely disappointing.
I first presented the issue to National Capital when my car broke down under a separate issue and I asked them to also look at this while it was in the shop as it'd been happening

Going to Hyundai Belconnen was a wonderful experience. We were shown around by a friendly salesperson Josh. He was very professional, friendly and made our experience wonderful. I am so impressed, especially with the salesman James Battersby. He listened carefully to what I was looking for and found the perfect car for me. He was easy to communicate with, arranged the test drive, fitting in to my times, was clear about the how this would work and expedited the paperwork in a timely manner.
