I ordered and paid a 50% deposit for a bull bar on the 9th July, 2021. Today is the 1st December 2021 and the bar still hasn't arrived. Jason, Michael and Zac take no responsibility for their failure to deliver the product. Instead, they constantly blame others for their inability to deliver the product. At the time of payment, their invoice stated delivery being late July/early August, and they continue to deny the invoice exists. Don't trust this business, and don't hand over money on the expectation that the product will be delivered.

1 star is to much praise for these guys, they took my money at the start of November for a rear bar that was soposed to be instock turns out that was a lie, 2 weeks after hearing nothing about the order i email to see whats happening they tell me it will be coming mid december well fine, the week after that i had an item delivered which was not what i ordered, they sent me out a bullbar instead of the rear bar that i ordered, i am now stuck with an item that i didn't order that they will not come pick up or refund me, ive had this giant box sitting at my doorstep for over a month now, everytime

I don’t usually write reviews when I have a bad experience but unfortunately, my experience with PSI motors - particularly Simon - was so appalling that I felt the need to write something so that other customers don’t make the same mistake of purchasing via PSI Motors.
For the most part, the sales department were insightful in helping me selecting the right wheels, colour, width and offset - but that’s where the positives end.

Unfortunately I have had a very bad experience. I ordered a bunch of very expensive parts for my Ute and was not told that there was any delay. I told the sales guy that I needed it next week and he told me no problem so I booked the fitment. Only one of the three products arrived. I called and emailed a few times but no response. Disappointing.

Ordered a roof rack and light bar in Aug 21 in the quiet time of lockdowns to make sure I had it and installed before Christmas. In Oct was told it was damaged in transit so had to get another one. I called them in Nov to be told it had arrived, however they cannot install until Jan next year.
I cancelled the installation and did it myself, however on pick up of the parts another angry customer was disputing a bad job on his front bar and having trouble with psi repairing it. Would not recommend psi

Called up in June 2020 ordering a bull bar, winch, side steps and lights for my car, paid deposit and was told delivery would be in December 2020.
Called up a few weeks later changing bar to another model but keeping everything the same, Was told no worries and that it was coming in the same time. Called up in December was told delayed to January.
Called up in January, was told my change of bar wasn't noted down but not an issue as they had stock coming end of feb/March.
Called up middle of March to be told its still delayed till end of April. Called up April, now May. Called up end of June
