Services
No gap check-up, clean and fluoride application for patients under 18 years of age who are PHI members with dental cover. For first time patients to our clinic, $200 for comprehensive examination, teeth cleaning and 2 X-ray (intraoral radiography) pictures. Dentures Should you wish to proceed with proposed treatment, initial consultation will NOT be charged to total cost of the treatment.
The effective use of cleaning, disinfection and sterilisation and procedures in Oral Health facilities is essential in the prevention of healthcare associated infections. All staff at North Road Dental Clinic is educated in the highest standard of infection control policies and procedures.
All procedures are carried out in accordance with current ADA infection control guidelines, Australian Federal and Victorian Standards for maintaining infection control.All instruments are disinfected and sterilized after use. We use the Biosonic cleaner, Mocom Futura B22L steriliser to make sure that our instruments are sterile.

At North Road Dental Clinic, we accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. EFTPOS facility and HICAPS are also available to you for faster claims through your private health funds. We are a recognized provider of HCF fund and participant to "More For Teeth" program. Our applications to become preferred provider for major health funds are pending.
We offer various payment options including EFTPOS (Savings or Cheque account), Mastercard, Visa and American Express. To help save time in submitting your health fund claims we offer the HICAPS system for electronic processing of your health fund payments at time of checking out. We can refer you to various finance companies that can provide payment plans for treatment over time.

A couple of months on from my orthodontic treatment by Dr Zoreh I can say I am so happy with the work done to my teeth. It has truly boosted my confidence. Dr Zoreh is a perfectionist and I am so glad I undertook a smile makeover with Dr Zoreh. It was reasonably priced and I was offered different price point options to suit my budget. The clinic is immaculate and I feel they genuinely care for their patients. I have been coming here for a number of years for various treatments. I've been a patient of North Road Dental for several years now and I keep coming back because Dr Rose, Dr Zohreh and the rest of the team are so friendly and kind. I particularly like that I can book online via their website, and when I arrive for my appointments they are always punctual.
The clinic is clean & tidy and it's in a great location that is so easy to access. There's some off-street parking spots for patients who choose to drive. I would recommend North Road Dental to anyone who is looking for a new dentist that is gentle, friendly and professional.

Dr Rose has a practical, personalised and honest approach. She is very knowledgeable and skilled with her work. She thoroughly assesses and listens to the needs of the patient. I was impressed with the job she did on my teeth three years ago (veneers) and received so many compliments on my teeth, including from other dentists!
A few weeks ago during a time Dr Rose was on leave, I went to a different dentist in East Bentleigh, (the major player in east bentleigh). They recommended and quoted me to get four fillings in my teeth which surprised me, because these problems they were telling me about

Attended North Road Dental Clinic today to find it fully accessible for those with limited mobility. There's wheelchair access from the main entrance and the carpark (and tactile markers for the vision impaired) and even has an accessible toilet. Great friendly and professional service from Dr Rose and her assistant.
Will be using North Road Dental Clinic from now on for both the great service and excellent accessibiliy (plus it's easy for taxi driver's to find).
I'm on a winner having found them. Thank you for your inclusiveness.

Had an emergency situation, thankfully Gulnaz accepted an urgent appointment and was able to make the required treatment. She used the x-ray machine to determine the real cause. I am really very happy with the treatment, and the modern equipment Gulnaz has.
Parking and access is very easy, would recommend to anyone for all type of dental care.

I have recently visited Dr. Zohreh and later on Dr. Rose. In my opinion both doctors provided accurate diagnosis of my situation and provided realistic treatment alternatives. Both of them were also kind, friendly and approachable. Beyond that I find North Road Dental Clinic staff very friendly and professional. I also find premises very clean, neat and easy to park. Fees were also competitive. Highly recommended.
