Absolutely disgraceful! I placed an order for several bottle of wine via a scoopon offer. I never received the wines and i have tried to contact this company via email three times and also called over 10 times. Each time leaving a message, but never have i been called back.
Looks like another well placed scam.

Great wines and super helpful staff that really help you out. They were really busy when we arrived but made us feel super welcome and let us try so many wines. Can't believe the value. Only wish we'd have taken more home. Great day out, thanks guys!

Can't thank the guys at James Estate enough. We arrived as they were midway through a ticketed grape stomping event but still worked hard to accomodate us, let us sample and talk us through of their wines. They were extremely kind to let us stay and have some of the buffet food completely free of charge and sit in the sun listening to live music. The wine won't blow you away but is excellent value and needless to say we bought a fair few bottles to take back with us!

We had fantastic service at the cellar door shop, the Ridge Walk is well worth it if you don't mind a bit of a challenge, otherwise do the first section which is relatively easy going.

The Vitai is a great sweet summer afternoon wine and it is my fav wine anywhere. Their other wines are really yummy and it is well worth the drive to get away from the Pokolbin mess.
The wine is really good value with most at $16
They have a great family walking track to the top of the hill, and a well laid out bike trail through the hill.
When I was there they had a BBQ which they let us use :)
