The turf was delivered promptly which was great but so many rolls were broken and with different batches of turf. This made for a patchy looking front and backyard. Price was reasonable. All in all you get what you pay for.

The turf arrived within 2 days and was of high quality. The truck driver was very helpful in helping me move the turf from the pellet so that he could take it with him.

As a DIY person i found Big River Instant Turf Really easy to order from, prompt delivery, great useful information on how to lay the turf and really good preperation information. I followed all the guidelines and found it really easy to lay the turf and am very impressed with the results, the quality of the product is amazing and I can't wait till its fully established to enjoy the benefits of turf over synthetic grass.

Rang three times over three different days, spoke to three people. They each said that someone would get back to me. Waited, waited more. Gave up. We had two big projects coming online later this year and their business was mentioned as a likely supplier. Thought I would try them out with a supply and installation at one of our townhouse properties near the CBD. Only about 35 square metres but it would give me an idea of how this turf business may perform on the larger projects. It's great that I found out that their performance is non existent. Their online marketing appears the opposite of what
