Fair Dinkum Sheds come in almost any size, with many options available. Click through these pages to get inspiration on styles and options. After the shape of the building is finalised, then we start to look at optioning it. Cladding type is important to the external look of your shed. K-panel is the most common cladding we use as it is the cheapest per square metre and a low profile.
The American barn can be designed in many different ways, change the center roof section from gable to skillion for a modern look, remove the vertical wall between the main section and the wings to create a Victorian barn or Aussie barn. Think about the use of the building, if it's for horses then a smooth finish to the concrete floor is probably not the best option.
Sheds have many designs and shapes but usually work in square or rectangle modules. Gable or skillion roofs in multiple pitches, add a lean-to to one or both sides or a carport section to the front or rear. Keeping bay sizes to 4m and under usually helps to keep the building cheaper but we can have bays up to 6m if required which can be more economical in larger farm or commercial buildings.
This interactive APP helps you to design your shed in 3D and provide the design information to us to quote the project accurately and easily. Input roller doors, personal access doors, windows, add lean-tos and much more. In the APP you can include colours to give you a representation of how the building will look and to show the potential contrasts although you will have an opportunity prior to ordering to change or confirm the building colours.
