Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Be prepared for this company to ghost you at the point when you attempt to accept the quote - they will never respond to repeated requests for information, made in multiple ways. This has cost me money as I now need to go to a different company and get a new set of council approvals. Do not bother.

Rather disappointed in the attitude of the staff member.
Walking around after approx 7 mins, a staff member approached us, and asked if we were trade or personal- I stated just looking, personal- however before I could elaborate and continue my sentence, he rudely said it is trade only in a rather confrontational way, and that I missed the signs on 2 gates.
Well, a few things.
I have an ABN and an ACN so it could be trade, had he let me finish my sentence. I can go to Bunnings, with my trade card. etc However I was happy to leave, I just did not like his attitude.
Secondly, if you are going

Purchased Two workbenches from these guys as I couldn't make them for this price. I thought they may be a bit iffy but I shouldn't have been concerned. Excellent quality, very sturdy and delivered the same day. I joined the 2 together with a drop saw table between them. Exactly what I wanted. Friendly and helpful service.Added a few things of my own - side and work vice. Doors next.

Went to business ordered a garden shed, staff very helpful and professional and gave me ideas I hadn't thought of.
Contacted day before delivery and staff arrived on time and put up shed without any fuss. Completed work in two hours very professional and no issues.
Would recommend this business without hesitation.

Extensive selection of sheds, cubby houses and garden ornaments and statues, including tigers, lions etc.
Selected a cubby house as a glass-making studio for the backyard.
The cubby house is delivered prefab, so easy to put together. Delivery charge very reasonable.
Understandably that this close to Christmas (12/12) it won't be delivered till mid-Jan.

Original sales person was good on the phone, for my easy garden shed 3x1.5m.
I went to pick up and guys had no idea about my order, but helped as much as they could. Original guy hadnt put extra items on docket so proof of extra payment was only way l got my lock and laser light panel. Flat pack instructions reasonable good...BUT...
A few pieces of channelling was not the right size and the internal braces were even shorter!!! BEWARE...if your not good at flat packs this will be a challenge!!!!
