This was my first time at sloans and ruby was extremely nice. her and im guessing the manager of hair colour were talking and preparing on what to do with my hair. we had a nice and comfortable consultation at the start and they all ensured me i had a great time and loved my hair. ruby is also really nice we had a really good and long chat about movies and tv shows we liked. def recommend this place

Walked into the place and asked the receptionist for an appointment for a stylist. My first haircut in 4 months. She looked me up and down and addressed me very snotty and told me it wouldn't be for 3 weeks. I told her "never mind " and she replied with "0kaaaay".
I walked out and phoned her 60 seconds later and disguised my voice and she offered me an appointment the very next morning. I told her that she's rude and a liar, I was just told that she said 3 weeks later. She waffled and tried to say that she just had a cancellation.

Outstanding salon and I have been going there on and off for years! Every single time I get my hair done there someone always immediately asks me where I go! Tracey (irish lady) completely restyled my hair last week and I couldn’t be more thrilled! It was a big risk for me to get my hair cut quite short and I’ve had huge raves about it! I love it! The service is exemplary from reception to payment everything is professional and five star!! Only very experienced staff and exceedingly well trained by Scott and Kate! You cannot go wrong with this salon it’s the best!!

Jordan and the team at Sloans are by far the best in the business. I have been going to them for almost 2 years and have always been extremely happy with my cut and colour. The staff are always friendly & welcoming and i wouldn't recommend them enough!

Despite the high prices they only booked me in for 30min for a men’s wash and cut. When I got there they were rushing to get people in and out to maximize turnover so silly me running 7min late meant that my booking got bumped. Judging by the attitude of the receptionist and complete indifference I’m glad I never got to spend my money there. So much for customer service. My recommendation is to find another hairdresser who takes the time to make their customers feel welcome.

I've never left a google review before but this was such a terrible experience that I just felt like I couldn't not.
Sloans was by far the worst colour job and salon experience I've ever had. I went in for some simple highlights and walked out with massive dye bleeds (that made me look like I have massive bald patches) and very uneven distribution of foils/colour that are significantly out from the roots. I have had to have them redone at another salon.
The staff were extremely arrogant and rude; I was also charged much more than I anticipated - lots of add ons they didn’t quote to me or tell

I loved my experience at Sloans. It's a gorgeous salon that is buzzing with great energy. My stylist Idy, was fabulous. She took the time to discuss what I wanted and explained each step of the process to make sure we were on the same page. My hair was free hand painted with a mix of blondes and it turned out perfect. I was also really happy with the time frame, it never felt rushed yet I didn't feel I was sitting there looking at my watch either (hate spending half the day at the salon!) overall a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back.
