First time customer. My 18 year old car was in need of an AC service as well as a general car service so I organized both on the same day. Both services have resulted in the car getting a new "lease of life" and I'm extremely pleased with the work and friendly service. Amazingly, not once during the vehicle life has the cabin filter been changed. Iceman kept the old filter to show. Recommend everyone asks their service providers to check the condition of the filter - you'll be amazed

3 days before a drive to Queensland I found my air conditioning wasn't working. After frantic calls around, including to one guy who laughed at me, Deb was amazing and got the car booked in for me. Quickly and cheaply fixed, I'm hugely grateful to Iceman for helping out a damsel in distress. Wouldn't hesitate to recommended them !

Get a written quote and report as well as take photos of your engine bay before they start work if you really must go here… 5 trips over 5 weeks many hours later dealing with unprofessional, confused and unorganised staff they finally completed a standard holden Commodore A/C repair.
During this time they gave me incorrect information regarding the repair, replaced parts that weren’t necessary, lost my keys twice, didn’t put my Ariel back on my car, and I got told to use my eyes when I nearly twisted my ankle on power lead that was in the walk directly out side there office door when collecting

Deb and her team are absolutely amazing. We originally went there for a new radiator, which was fixed perfectly and extremely affordable.
However they also do Full Mechanical Services on all brand cars. We take all our cars there now - Mazda, Holden, Mercedes and Toyota. You will NOT be disappointed!

It's easy to give great service when everything goes smoothly, but I think it's important to judge a company by how they act when everything DOESN'T go to plan, and Deb and her team nailed it.
When Iceman replaced my radiator, hoses and expansion tank I noticed after a few weeks that the expansion tank was leaking at a plastic weld. Obviously a manufacturer fault. Deb happily booked me back in (I missed the appointment and she happily re-booked me) and fitted the re-ordered part.
But the team noticed instantly that it, too was leaking. It was by a reputable brand who obviously had a bad batch
