I was recommended to use Exalt’d Auto by a bloke who knows cars. It was my first visit and everything was first class. The greeting was friendly, the workshop is clean and the informative discussion on pick up was everything I needed. The car felt smooth and balanced and quieter than ever as I drive home.

Dashcam with parking mode installation. Wiring done beautifully. Took into account I'll need to remove the camera or the memory card. Was a bad day for them but they still came out on top, on time maintaining superb work quality. Would definitely come back

What a joke the owner is never there in what I'd coin a mid sized garage ,booked the wife's car in for a general service and a week in advance the owner Gabriel booked it in but was never to be seen , I did however talk to the polite head mechanic and he was apologetic about the double booking ,felt sorry for him as I booked it early by evening they looked swamped yet Gabriel the owner had disappeared again ? This is the second time and last for me Seems like the owner thinks he can just leave for long periods with others to do the work got the car back service was done fine by the head mechanic

After booking my car inspection via their Customer Service person who was friendly and professional. I attended the workshop on time and was met by their senior mechanic who was unprofessional and rude and he said that he was not aware of the booking. He was also rude and condescending to two more customers at the same time in front of me. He kept blaming his boss for making bookings and arrangements that he was not aware of. I took my car away since I was not comfortable leaving it there and he did not seem interested in working on it and he did not want to confirm a time when I can come and pick

Gabriel, I have been meaning to do this for you guys for a very long time but after all the help and support and dealing with the headaches with the POLO and national warranty company. You have literally gone well out of your way to organize everything for me and squeeze me in during all the madness and rush. If an automotive service is one you seek, you want top grade work that is honest and fair. You will most certainly be well looked after.

Really helpful staff. They spent a lot of time to check out my car and make sure that the issue I thought it had was actually correct. They informed me the whole way, and when they diagnosed the problem they sat down and had a chat with me about what I should/should not get fixed. I am really satisfied with their level of service and I'd recommend them to anybody who needs a mechanic in the area. Simply fantastic service!

Gabriel and co have been my mechanic for over a year now after transferring from my previous long term mechanic. The whole team there have been fantastic, always communicate you in a friendly and clear fashion and their work is second to none. Always done well and for a great price as well.
