Services
Our office is located in the Moonee Ponds Central "Corporate Suites". The main access is via the Hall Street "Corporate Centre" entrance (single glass door), directly opposite Degani's cafe. There is 2hr street parking available around the building and parking is also available in the Aldi underground car park.
Below are some common questions about orthodontic treatment. If you can't find the answer to any questions you have, request a call back from one of our friendly treatment co-ordinators here. As well as creating a sensational smile, orthodontics is that branch of dentistry which specialises in the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of problems with alignment of the teeth and jaws.
When you arrive for your consultation, you will be greeted by our friendly reception team. You will be introduced to your dedicated treatment coordinator, who will be with you throughout your orthodontic journey. During the first stage of your consultation, your treatment coordinator will spend some time getting to know you.
It is very difficult to give a precise quote for orthodontic treatment without meeting the patient first. Orthodontic appliances and treatment times vary greatly from patient to patient, therefore it is very important that each patient receives a personalised treatment plan outlining their orthodontic needs.
Orthodontic treatment can improve the appearance, health and function of the teeth and jaws. A wonderful side effect of these changes for many people is an increase in confidence and self-esteem. For us, giving someone a beautiful smile, is an incredibly rewarding thing! Teeth that are crowded and overlapping can be difficult to clean.

From start to finish, our experience at Pure Ortho was amazing. My son and daughter were anxious heading in there but the staff and Dr Shell took care of them so well. They were knowledgeable and happily answered all our questions. My daughter is actually looking forward to starting her Ortho treatment which for an anxious girl, is saying a lot! Thanks team
