Mr Paul Everingham was far from helpful or rude when we explained we needed a mediator to help us secure our days with my step daughter he rudely responded "why don't you do that yourself" as I explained that the childs mother is extremely high conflict he said we were wasting our money and not to bother, we tried to explain we need mediation to go to court he was far from helpful i needed to ask 100 questions rather than him explaining how they can help.
