Damian is a legend. He gets me through all my IT issues often after hours. He explains what's going on so I can understand how to fix things next time. He also helps my partner, mum and youngest brother proving a unique gift for working with people of different competencies. My daughter’s laptop completely quit on her during stage 4 lockdown - a total nightmare for any student who was studying online full time. Frustrated and panicked, I called Classic Evolutions, but didn’t expect anyone to answer the call on a Saturday afternoon. To my great surprise, Damian diagnosed the problem, provided options, advised the best solution and actioned on the purchase order all within two hours. My computer got to the point where I was fearful of going on it, it would crash & freeze, and my web browser would be hijacked constantly.
One call to Classic Evolutions made that all go away. Damian quickly had my computer under control and was able to get it back to the way it was when I bought it. He did this without completely reinstalling the system, so I did not have to worry about losing any of my files (that could be located absolutely anywhere in my machine) and he even gave me a few tips on ways to use my computer more effectively AND pointed me in the direction of some quality software
