I left the house keys at the property kitchen at the end of leasing date as the agent requested. But the agent said that we didn’t do that after a week of the day. Any renters have the same experiences please contact me. Trying a lot of excuses to deduct my bond. This is a super weird situation. One star is too many. Any negative star would be suitable.

I'm picky about who manages my properties. Donna has managed several of mine for years I've found her to be excellent. If things need repair/maintenance, she lets us know and we do them. Her condition reports are accurate too (unlike some agents I've used in the past) and that's very important to me and also to tenants. I've worked hard and made many sacrifices for decades to have my properties so appreciate it when Donna values them. One agent Donna Extremely rude and insulting slandered me and my work while it appears she is trying to cover up a bad mould situation very poor duty of care, there is no need to be so rude I have cleaned for over 25 years and never found a agent like this I have done thousands of end lease cleans Thousands of specialty cleaning especially water and mould. To be treated so rudely in business is very bad. I am highly qualified in my field and to be spoken to like I was is a joke

We would never rent a house out using Donna Cartwright from this agency.
We rented a house through this real estate agency and had nothing but trouble from Donna from the moment we signed the agreement.
Messages were never passed on to landlords and most question we had were deadbatted as they seemed 'too hard'.
She also 'lost' forms for a pet application, which was apparently our fault. Heating was broken (meant to be fixed in 2 weeks), middle of winter it took 4 weeks to get the technician out.
Her communication over the phone, via email and in person was never a pleasant experience. She

Jason at Professionals was excellent to deal with and really knows the market. I went to others who were full of false promises that they never seem to deliver on. I found Jason very professional (ironically lol) and communication was second to none. I wont go anywhere else in the future as I value good honest customer service & family values. Thanks Jason.
