We use cutting edge property marketing to find quality tenants FAST! We advertise on premium real estate sites using professional photography and on-point descriptions. This combined with our advanced social media marketing ensures your property is targeting and attracting the correct audience. We make booking an inspection easy! If no inspections are currently available our office will contact you via email and/or SMS as soon as the next inspection date is arranged. Applying for a rental property can be a little intimidating, but finding your new home can be an exciting experience too! Include a copy of your rental payment history (from your current agent) and/or bank statement.

Had a fantastic first rental experience with Fresh Property Management Group. All of the staff were quick to respond and resolve any issues, professional and super easy to rent through.
Stephanie and Jack were especially incredible in assisting us with any questions, problems and updates.
A year and 2 months in my rental I would do all over again with the same agency, highly recommend.

The best property management group out there. You will be completely satisfied with their service. I have been living under them for 3 years now and i did not have even a single bad experience with them. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a property manager. They are very friendly and professional and have one of the best houses under them.

I just wanted to give a shout out to this business. The company director Braeden called over to our place after work hours to re-deliver a parcel that was mistakenly left at one of their rental properties in Waurn Ponds.
The parcel was really valuable to me and unbeknownst to Braeden he just made a conscious decision to get it back to its intended recipient as the delivery company had clearly made an error here. I personally think that this speaks volumes of him as a person, the values that he upholds and the integrity in the way in which he clearly runs his operation. I think anyone would be

The team at Fresh Property have done a fantastic job with managing our property.
