Have been using Karen to do my computer repairs and upgrades for at least 5-7 yrs now and she is marvellous.....always efficient, on time, keeps to my budget but best of all does not make me feel stupid when explaining computer jargon and has patience to repeat it several times !! LOL...karen knows her stuff...
