Hi, I'm Stephanie Malouf and I'm a nutritionist and mindset coach. After experiencing the incredible healing powers of food in treating my eczema and digestive upsets, I wanted to educate others on how to do the same. This led me to completing a Bachelor of Health Science; Nutritional Medicine.

Having worked with hundreds of clients particularly with weight loss, I've learnt that in order to have a healthy relationship with food you need to be educated and have a healthy relationship with yourself, others and have a positive mindset.I have undertaken further studies in the field of psychology in order to help my clients achieve a positive mindset, overcome limiting beliefs and break negative habits.

I recently completed the weight loss and mindset program with Stephanie and I am so happy with the progress I've made! Stephanie gives a very specific way to loose the calories but one of the most rewarding ways .
It was hard at first but I’ve now mastered the art of intermittent fasting.
I have really noticed the results as it was hard for me at first but with the guidance from Stephanie I’m now on form to reach my goal weight and have total encouragement from Stephanie on this journey .
I would highly recommend this service as it’s not only motivating the recipes on Stephanie’s site are enjoyable to cook .

Working with Stephanie over the last 7 or so weeks has been amazing! I first came to see her after struggling to shed the baby weight.
Stephanie really took the time to understand what was important to me. I have found her approach so easy to apply to my eating and have been consistently losing weight each week. As an added bonus the whole family has been enjoying more veggies and tasting an array of her delish recipes!

Stephanie has given me so many invaluable tips about how to approach nutrition in a healthy, sustainable and realistic way. She really tailored her advice to my specific lifestyle and health issues and made it as simple as possible to follow. I first met Stephanie about three months ago. I needed a nutritionist to help me understand my food intolerances, and to help me loose weight. Two things I had struggled with on my own for years. Stephanie has been great help to me and she helped me understand how my body works and what nutrition is really about. I thought I was eating healthy but little did I know.
