Lee was recommended by a couple of members at Anytime Fitness SH. I jumped on board when I heard he was doing a 2 week challenge. I needed the kick start again after the gym re opened. I also have 6 kilos to get rid of. It was a challenging varied programme to boost strength and fitness and included help with nutrition.
I enjoyed getting used to… the gym equipment I'd never used before, the camaraderie and banter with other participants and we often helped to push each other along. Lee set extra challenges and was always on hand to assist.
I lost over 2kg 🙌 gained self confidence

I have just completed a two week challenge with Lee. It was an excellent way to get back into training. The challenge helped me to focus on getting strength training back on track, re-established healthy eating habits and water drinking. Some of the daily challenges were a fun way to learn about lots of aspects of nutrition. The app used is easy… and user friendly and Lee’s regular feedback was very helpful and encouraging. I have been having sessions with Lee for 6 weeks. He listens to me, taking into consideration me physical need after bariatric surgery. He is motivational, encouraging and above all else committed to providing the best information and service for his clients.
