I would give a hundred stars if that was possible. Absolutely amazing everything. From inspecting to test driving to buying and then post purchase. Matt is especially what made the experience amazing. Very helpful and friendly. He provides professional service where he goes out of his way to understand and assist us in our needs. Bought the car on the day after an awful experience at Trade prestige. Stay away from Trade prestige! We will be in contact with Matt for the second purchase. Matt and the team there provides exceptional service, even after we bought the car with a follow up phone call

You've got to wonder that with all the great reviews, how is it that my experience was so bad. a car that had constant problems, but that can be tolerated if the company helps out. these guys banked my cheque and then didn't want to know me. return calls- nope. couldn't stop calling me when i was enquiring about the car but all that changed when i paid for it. So, talk is cheap, but these guys are cheaper. buy from someone who wants your repeat business.

This is the second car I have bought sight unseen from Nation Wide. The service was excellent , the car was in fantastic condition, everything was hassle free and handled over the phone in just 2 days, finance included. Matt and John were fantastic. I just turned up on the weekend and drove away in my new mini!!
