I just had the 5th service for my KIA Cerato which I also bought new from Northern Motor. I couldn't comment enough how professional and honest have the services been. Only once out of the 5 services to date that I used a different KIA dealer, Essendon when I worked nearby (never come back). I always got the courtesy vehicle for the day, appointments were always punctual with prompt reminders. The best part was, they never asked for 'extra' stuff that you don't need, typical tricks that dealer services do.

I am giving one star for answering the phone ! Extremely disappointed with receptionist. All I wanted to do was have a conversation with someone in sales about my options...... To be told by her "No" ! OMG. I am fuming.
I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee Night Eagle from them in 2019 - great service and great everything, however, on 24 October 2021 this vehicle had a fire in the engine and rendered it useless. Still at a Jeep dealer pending repair etc etc. Today I rang to discuss some options in getting into another vehicle but the female person who took my call did not want to take my inquiry

If I could give this place less than one star I would. Almost one month ago I went to purchase a car, paying fully in cash and was ready to drive away.
I've still not seen this car nor do I have any idea when I will be getting it. I was told rudely by the sales person (Manny) that if I wasn't willing to wait I could cancel the contract.
I was told it could be delivered until they said an engine light has appeared out of no where.
Give me my car 🙂
I assure you if I don't have it by the end of the month I will be exploring my legal options through the ACCC.

I have had maintenance before for my car and it was okay. However, I am disappointed with their booking system and customer service.
Last week they had 26th Jan accessible on their website. I booked it and they came back to confirm i am booked 25th instead and if i need to cancel i must call.
I spent 2 hours and 15 min on the phone with no answer. I had then to send email to their coordinator who answered me 5 days later (no problem) with a smile emoji with unprofessional response, no apologies and no suggestions to book another date.

Just purchased a used vehicle from Northern Motor Group. Initially made the enquiry online, but with the end of covid restrictions, I was able to go and drive the car. Paul Kourtesis was amazing throughout the process. Responsive to phone calls and emails, fair with my trade-in and presented the car well when I picked it up yesterday. Great car buying experience. Before visiting Northern Motor Group I was in contact with another car dealership regarding a car exactly the same. The gentleman I was dealing with was quite rude and almost seemed not interested in selling me a car.
Upon arriving at Northern to inspect and test drive the car I was interested in, I was treated with the utmost respect and consideration by Paul.
His knowledge of the car, aswel as his lovely disposition and gentle mannerism only made my decision easier to make. I cannot recommend Paul and his company more. It was an absolute pleasure to do business with him.

Bought a second hand car from here last November, bought extended 5 year warranty, and at my first service I raised an issue about coolant running out and they said there is nothing wrong with it, 2 months later I needed an engine rebuild, costing around 13k from Audi, when raised to their management they didn't care at all and just passed me on to servicing. The guys there couldn't care less, said Max they will cover is 3k as it was just falling out of stat warranty. I am so disappointed in this company. We spent a great deal of money on a car here in late December 2020. We were promised so much including extra key, book, service history and to this date Oct 2021 we have received NOTHING. We keep being told that they will be posted to us, and nothing. We have also had a major problem with the car within 6 months of purchasing it resulting in a 12k bill from Land Rover, when we called Northern Motor Group asking for assistance and guidance on helping us fix the car/issue we were pretty much ignored.
