Steve is a honest and trustworthy person. When he arrived to fix my lock on my French doors he told me that the lock handle was damaged and needed to be replaced.
He told me that the new lock and labor would cost around $450. I told him to go ahead and replace the lock.
After dismantling the lock, he attempted to fix the existing lock. To his credit he fixed the lock without the need to replace it with the new lock.
He only charged me around a 1/3 of the original quote. If Steve was not a honest person he could have charged me the full amount.
It great to see that there are still honest tradespeople

Price and customer service were flawless. Steve who I dealt with was really standout in the whole process from quoting, installation and follow up to complete a few more jobs. He changed the locks on the whole house while I was at work without any fuss and dropped the keys off to me and online payment made everything so simple. Thanks for everything.

Steve is absolutely wonderful! Always super reliable, professional and very well priced. I’ve been using his locksmith service for years and surprisingly needed to call up 1-4 times a year since he’s been running. He’s efficient in everything he does and nothing is ever too hard. Also so great to communicate with and overall just a really great guy! Wouldn’t go anywhere else and 100% recommend him every time!
