Luke was our saviour with a 20 minute response after midnight on a Friday night when we were locked out of our STAYZ rental in North Adelaide. Dealing with the owner who provided no assistance or suggestions when the batteries from the Digital lock failed us, we called Express Locksmiths for help. Two other supposed 24 hour locksmiths were also contacted - one couldn't come till next morning the other just did not answer. Glad to finally phone Express Locksmiths and have such prompt service. Quite disappointed with the service last night. Firstly, I'll admit I am a goose - I've locked myself out of my apartment twice in 4 years. The first time (another company), the service was professional and it took about 12 seconds to unlock my door - $150 total including a spare key cut. Last night, I was on 8% battery and hurriedly called the first locksmith on google - these guys. Guy on the phone is requesting I send them a photo even though I've stated that it's just a normal lock and has been professionally unlocked before. Takes them 15 minutes to respond to photo, then a further hour before
