First of all this is not a 4 star- hotel. It is more like a apart-hotel.
Secondly, they will charge you $35 if you do not clean the rubbish bins and others $35 if you do not put the clean dishes away as well. Thankfully I read the signs and the piece of paper they give you at the beginning of our stay.
They will also charge you for 'cleaning' purposes if you use the laundry which is inside the apartment.
So, I do not if I am wrong, but I do not know of any "4 star-hotel" who is going to charge you for not cleaning your rubbish, for not putting the dishes away and for using the laundry.

We booked and paid for a roof top spa room, apron arrival we were told our spa was not working! No discount was offered for this, our room stank because the ventilation was not working which the property managers knew about! The bbq on the rooftop was dirty and rusty, the Netflix stopped working, the ceiling fan didn’t work and the glass dining table was cracked and had a sharp edge due to the damage and was dangerous. We left two days early because of all of these issues and again no refund was offered and when we asked for one we were refused and got a whole bunch of excuses! We will never

The apartment was fantastic, the view was beautiful, the rooftop jacuzzi was heavenly!
Very clean & the owners are just lovely. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a a getaway close to the beach & walking distance to everything you need 😊

The facilities are clean and inviting with a sparkling pool and spa, and a comfortable outdoor dining area next to the communal BBQ. The management are friendly and helpful. It is in a perfect location as you can walk to the beaches as well as shops and restaurants in Mooloolaba and Alex. Both of these suburbs have Surf Clubs with affordable meals and inviting decor. Great value for money!

Loved our stay. Kevin in charge of the room was lovely, friendly and very accommodating. The kids missed him when we left! 😁 The room was great, very clean. We stayed on the 2 bedroom apartment. Very spacious. Had a spa bath on the rooftop which the kids loved. The pool was not heated so a bit cold, but we did go at the end of winter. Overall we had a great stay. I would highly recommend!!
