Our spacious garden and grounds contain a heated swimming pool with a wading pool, a mini golf course, pond with goldfish, a waterfall, a fountain and a barbecue. The heated pool is a star attraction throughout the year. It enjoys full sun all day in the winter months and has plenty of shady areas to keep you cool in the warmer months.
Alexandra Headland, called 'Alex' by the local residents, is a charming coastal community located between Mooloolaba and Maroochydore in the heart of the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. It lies slightly over 100km from Brisbane, with a population of 7,000 people.
The town has a relaxed vibe which invites you to step outside your apartment to explore one of the magnificent beaches which have become popular with surfers, or wander down the many paths that weave around the coastline.You can stop and take in the stunning views from the peninsula to Mount Coolum and north along the panoramic beach to the Maroochy River.

Alexandria Apartments is only 15 minutes from the Sunshine Coast (Maroochydore) Airport, 80 minutes from Brisbane Airport and 90 minutes from the centre of Brisbane. We are 35 minutes from Noosa and 40 minutes from the lovely hinterland towns of Maleny and Montville. Situated between Maroochydore and Mooloolaba, local cafes and restaurants and the Alex Surf Club are a 3 minute walk away.

Great communication & late eve welcome from Sophie in person. She gave us brilliant suggestions for dining & breakfasts which were amazing. We got a 3 bedroom , ground floor, really nicely furnished with big very comfy sofas & great mattresses. The building is dated but new kitchen & nice furniture outweighed new walls. Very conveniently located opposite the beach & nice grassy areas to picnic overlooking the waves. The kids loved the 5 hole putt-putt & table tennis. And I, the heated pool in Sept.

Sophie and John are excellent hosts, happy and very helpful.The apartments are spacious, clean and comfortable. The view is fabulous from the lounge room, verandah, pool and mini golf course. The location is walking distance to everything, great restaurants, cafes and shops. I would definitely recommend these apartments and can’t wait to return.

Well positioned and well priced resort close to the water and a few minutes walk to Mooloolaba . Great spot to check out the sunrise in the morning and the nice coffee shops and small restaurants along Alexandra parade.
Both the managers, Sophie and John, were welcoming and warm.
Only comment I would make is that the Bathroom can do with a bit of an uplift.

The apartment have a breathtaking view of the ocean and beach. It was so nice to wake up and walk of to the balcony and watching the surfers. There was a pool and mini golf course in the complex. The managers Sophie and John are extremely helpful and really provide a world class service. I would definitely be staying again.

5 Stars.. What a holiday!! New Years 2019!! From the moment we walked in Sophie and John the managers there to welcome us, we felt at home straight away, even helping us take our bags up stairs. Our 3 bedroom… apartment was beautiful and the view was amazing, really didnt need to go anywhere!! the aircon was great, tv with movie channels and pool was awesome with bbq and big umbrella over pool to laze around under!! Excellent location. Thanks again for a great stay, the Smith's and Maklary's.
