After another two weeks in a half cast and bandage, I was able to start rehab. Close to five weeks of inactivity is not ideal , especially for a 66 year… old woman. I’ve gradually been able to regain flexibility in my wrist and strengthen my arm, to the extent that is not too far off normal. My son recently broke his arm and we had wonderful support from Action Rehab. They came highly recommended by the Orthopaedic community (both the surgeon and past patients). My son received wonderful treatment with exercises that were easy to understand and implement. It meant he recovered quicker than expected and was able to start playing sport etc again. We can't thank them enough and would not hesitate to use them again.
