Steam carpet cleaning and tile and grouts cleaning will incur additional charges of $50 per call out for the use of special equipment.
Surcharges apply for multi-level or extra-large properties. For units/apartments, if the property is not on ground level and there is no lift access, a lift and handling fee of $20 per level will apply for steam carpet cleaning or tile & grout cleaning. I used Mr Guru for an End of Lease clean, including carpets, and they did a fantastic job.
The cleaners were punctual, friendly and easy to deal with. The apartment, including the oven and balcony, looked great after the clean, and the landlord was very happy with the result.
I highly recommend and would definitely use Mr Guru again.

I used Mr Guru for an end of lease clean on my 2 storey, 4 bedroom home in May 2021.
Customer service from the start was wonderful, very responsive and helpful when I needed to change dates. The clean was immaculate and included carpets and pressure wash out the back. Myself and the real estate could not fault a single thing.
100% recommend.

Initially the workers were friendly, but some issues occurred which caused a huge dilemma regarding payment. Overall, the owner was helpful and helped unfold the miscommunication between me and the workers, but my experience has GOT to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I am generally a pretty happy person, but this tipped me over the edge.
The payments they require are pre-paid, meaning they require payment in advance. I told them I have already moving to another state and will have a friend to let them in and provide them with a swipe to my apartment (for the elevator). They told

Overall, they did a good job cleaning my 1bed 1bath unit, they were on time and friendly. However they forgot to clean two of the cupboards (inside and out) and left the bench dirty so I had to clean this up when I went to the property the next day - also charged me extra for my 'laundry' even though their form advises extra only for a separate laundry- the laundry is a small sink and dryer in the main bathroom, would suggest changing the wording on the form.

Mr Guru performed and end of lease clean including carpet cleaning and flea treatment on my 3 bedroom house.
They are amazing cleaners. My house had never been so clean as it was after they had finished. Everything was spotless inside and out at the completion of their services. They were very thorough, cleaning inside all cupboards and drawers, windows and tracks, vents and screens. I would definitely use their services again.
