Horrible company! I booked a taxi a month in advance, to pickup myself and my bridal party from my wedding. Called a week in advance to confirm the booking, was told it was all good and to call again at 9pm on the night to confirm (not sure why that was necessary but we made the call and they confirmed once more). They then never showed, when we called they claimed we cancelled the booking, which we didn’t. We then emailed a few days before to confirm, no response. We then called on the day. They denied getting the email. We rebooked on the phone. Then text them to confirm they were on their way and had our details. Clearly we needed a cab. They said they came by to our address and we weren’t waiting outside so they left. I won’t go on…. You get the idea. Pretty much ruined our plans. How

Unprofessional, my partner booked for a special lunch. Rang two days prior to confirm and confirmed via email, on the day no cab arrived. Booked a maxi taxi to pick us up after a wedding. Got a confirmation to say taxi booked. When it didn’t turn up we called only to be told they don’t have maxi taxis. When we argued they hung up and blocked us. Other taxis booked through these guys for the same function also didn’t turn up leaving the wedding party and other guests stranded in the rain. Eventually we got a taxi through 13cabs. Peninsula taxis is a scam don’t use them. We will be reporting them to licensing

Booked a maxi Taxi 5 days ahead even got a confirmation email, called when it was 15 mins late, guy had to call me back saying they couldn’t find one so he sent me 2 taxi’s. So not only were we late to our function but it cost twice as much.. Used Uber to get home super quick and easy.. No more taxi’s for us 👎🏻

Despite booking 1 week ahead and confirming the same day, they left my wife and I stranded with no ride home from 11:15pm to 12:30am. We had to flag down a stranger and beg for a ride home. I called 12 times while waiting. The first handful of times they said “your driver will be there in 3 minutes”. Then they kept hanging up on me. They literally left us stranded. Worst experience ever. This company is unethical, cruel and unreliable. This is why Uber killed the taxi business globally!

Tried booking a taxi from Mt Martha to Mornington, half an hour later no sign, rang the operator back and turns out they hadn’t put a booking through. So I made sure the booking was put through and got the booking number. 5 minutes later got a call from a driver that he was in Mt Eliza and was on his way. 5 minutes later I got a call from a driver… ( turned out to be a different driver) saying he was 15 min away.
