The time a property manager spends on a property isn't determined by the rent it generates and neither should their fees. Fee Certainty keeps your fees low and fair. We pride ourselves on finding the very best tenants for our clients. The leasing and marketing fees are only payable when finding you new tenants - we don't charge lease renewal fees.
We love technology that enhances the property management experience. Where agents go wrong is they either rely too much on technology or utilise it too little. Great property management requires a human touch. Our approach means you can access whatever you need at call - or jump on a call. 24/7 access to leases, statements, inspection reports and maintenance requests.
You'll receive a dedicated property manager who knows your property like it's their own and can swing by as needed. We're available whenever you need us. Property managers should spend most of their day at the properties they manage. When they're not in front of their desk and an issue arises, we've got an entire team there to jump in and assist.

Give these property managers a shot. Trust me. I've had four friends move across and they've loved it. They also have a great referral program where if you have multiple properties or introduce friends they chuck in a few months of management fee. Would happily recommend to anyone that asks.

I have been working with Mark for just over a month over Christmas to lease my property. Mark was very honest and upfront in all dealings, and provided me with a good strategy to get my placed leased. Within a week of having my property on the Market he presented me with quality tenants and was able to achieve above my rental expectation. I have eight properties managed by this mob. Three in Brisbane, another two in Melbourne and three in Sydney. The team has been great but I especially want to give a shout out to Mark from Sydney who has been next level responsive. I love having a single statement with all my properties and bills all in one place. It makes tax time so much easier.

Bought my first ever rooming house and it was impossible to find a good rooming house manager. Almost no agents touch them, and the couple that do charge an absolute fortune - and I mean fortune! I was quoted 25% management fee by one agency. Certainty Property is only charging me 6.9%, offers a rent guarantee as part of that and has managed to fill eight out of nine rooms in just two weeks during COVID.

Seriously cannot believe the service I have had from Certainty Property. I expected to hear crickets over the Christmas break. Instead, even the our property manager Lauren came out on Christmas Eve to drop off keys and give us a tour of our apartment and made us feel really welcome. Given she lives just down the road it's so comforting knowing I've got a local property manager to help me if anything comes up and I need assistance. I'm not very good with technology so Lauren showed me the landlord portal where I can submit maintenance requests and reach out to her directly whenever I need to.I
