We noticed many parts of Sydney don't have a great cake shop. So we left our jobs, built a cake factory, bought a refrigerated van and started selling gourmet cakes online, delivered anywhere in Sydney. To us, great customer service needs more than just a friendly face - it requires action. We serve our customers by making the ordering and delivery process fast, easy and extraordinary.

Our premises is HACCP certified - over the last few years we've developed and adhere to strict kitchen and delivery processes. We don't use pre-mixes; we source the best ingredients from around the world including Fonterra New Zealand butter and Belcolade chocolate from Belguim. This ensures top quality cakes and pastries with every batch.

We have revised our review because we appreciate atttentive, thoughtful and professional response from the owner/director in relation to our issue.
In particular, not only has the director has recognised our legitimate and genuine complaint about the final product by offering a full refund; the director has also promptly amended the website so that the product description reflects the reality, and that future customers will not experience any description-product discrepancies.
Still, we hope that the global freight issue will be solved in the near future, so that the amazing and quality

The Mrs Bought me a Ferrero Rocher cake fire the birthday.... The delivery was great, so was the communication... She ended up buying two by mistake.. So now we got cake for a month 😂... The cake is awesome.. Loaded with Ferrero.... Love it

Highly recommend the Chocolate Truffle Cake - which is also gluten free! You wouldn’t even know it was GF! Extremely delicious! My cousin in Singapore ordered this cake from ‘Looma’s Cake Delivery’ to be delivered to celebrate my parents’ anniversary and seriously it was such a hit! The delivery service was great too. Will be buying this cake again for our next special occasion and trying Looma’s other cakes. Thank you Looma!

Ordered the Blueberry cheesecake from here twice and could not recommend it any higher. The cheesecake is sublime, wonderfully soft and the creaminess was just right. The generous blueberry tang takes the creamy edge off the cheese and the cake was beautifully decorated. I have tried many cheesecakes through sydney of varying price range and have to say this is definitely right up there with the very best. Add to that the price range and I dare say this is the best value for money cake in Sydney.
1000% recommended, beautiful and delicious cake with timely delivery.
