The Centre Of Ki
The Centre of Ki is a yoga and meditation school located in the Barossa Valley in South Australia. Created and owned by Leah Cooper, her aim is to inspire others to 'improve wellness and get more out of life'.

The mission of The Centre of Ki is to provide a comfortable and safe space for our students to let go of their responsibilities; find the opportunity to re-connect with their body, mind and spirit; and be inspired to improve their health and wellbeing through a regular practice. Our intention is to guide, educate and encourage our students to take control of their health and wellbeing through the yoga therapy we offer.

I was first introduced to yoga when I was 9 years old. I was seeing a speech therapist and, as part of my treatment, she taught me the yoga sequence 'Salute to the sun'. I have a memory of doing this sequence of movements in her treatment room and enjoying it, but once I no longer needed to see her, I soon forgot all about it.
Leah teaches Ryoho Yoga, a dynamic and therapeutic style of yoga. Classes are designed to allow each person to work to their own level of strength and flexibility, with the aim to improve both. A key part of Ryoho yoga classes is the incorporation of stretching and toning movements that enable the body to release tension and strengthen areas of weakness.
The in-studio classes at The Centre of Ki take place in a beautiful open area with wooden floors and large windows overlooking trees and hills. Seven students can fit comfortably into the space for each class, so bookings are essential. If you miss out on a spot, classes are also live streamed to clients who can attend from the comfort of their home.
The Yoga Book Club came about as a way to share the love of reading with a focus on the health and wellbeing genre. We meet every three months and spend time sharing our thoughts, ideas and experiences that relate to the topics covered in these books. There is nothing more essential to our health and wellbeing than breathing: take air in, let it out, repeat 25,000 times a day.
You will be taken to a new page where you can complete your transaction. All bookings are managed through bookamat.co.
