These 75 minute classes will combine pranayama (breath work), asana (physical movement) and meditation to align and calm your body, mind and breath. You will establish and improve your body's mobility through increased strength, balance, flexibility, focus and co-ordination. Suitable for all levels and abilities- plenty of variations will be offered to ensure everyone can practice to where their body is at.

While building a graphic design business, Alicia turned to yoga to still her mind, and as a reminder to breathe! Over a decade later, she is still living and breathing yoga in all its forms. Alicia began teaching aerial yoga in 2017 and completed a Certificate of Yoga Teacher Training (200hr) at The Yoga Social in 2018.
