Horrible service from Sandgate Auto electrics. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your car electrical needs. This company gives the vibe to customers that you are a number and a tick and flick kind of problem. The issue I presented them with was allegedly fixed with an hour and they charged me $150 to 'fix it'. However after offering a 'free checkup' they then decided that they had missed an issue due to lack of quality care and now wanted to charge me $2000 on top of the $150 I had dropped already, to bring the car back for a third visit. What an absolute joke and a massive scam to the

I’ve used their services 2 times. The first time they kitted my van out with a solar/ battery system which is awesome and makes life so much more comfortable and the 2nd time they put up a curtain wire on my sliding door which gave me a lot more privacy and they didn’t even charge me for that. They are always friendly and do an excellent job. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing these sorts of services especially fellow vanlifers.

So, my evacool 80 litre esky has been sitting at your premises for 2 months and I find out today, from Evakool, that you have had the warranty approval since 17 Feb 2021 and haven’t yet sent my esky for repairs and the transport consignment note that evakool have given you, has not been actioned! To say I am pissed is an understatement as I need this esky urgently! John, I am not happy and I am sick of having to make the calls to find out what is happening with my esky. A little bit of customer service would be appreciated, now!

So , I gave the engine a wash , car running on three cylinders instead of four .i tried wd40 etc on all the right places . No go . Rang Sandgate Auto Electrics to see if they could fit the car in . No worries bring it down . Dropped the car off , within half an hour car was delivered , that’s right delivered to my house . IMy home s in close proximity to the shop but what service . Great stuff always 100% , please use theses guys for anything you need . Thank you all ,love your work .

We bought a big boat down the road from them. Different electric brakes to our caravan. Need a whole new circuit put in the car, booked out for a week and we had to get back to Sydney. They went out of their way to adjust the braking system to get back to Sydney safely. They dropped everything to have us on our way at 3.00pm in the afternoon Thanks guys we really appreciated the effort Bob and Sue

Fantastic service. I was provided with photos of work done, which I think is a really great assurance of work being done. Service was pleasant from the start, and work was commenced within an hour of leaving the vehicle. All work was explained and justified. I received a courtesy call prior to parts being fitted. A thoroughly professional and competent business that I would recommend to anyone and I will certainly be going back. Thanks very much to you all.
