Jarrod was extremely thorough and used his experience to work with us and our ideas. We were promptly presented with a very reasonable quote: standard and optional costings gave flexibility in the quality. Payment breakdowns allowed for easy budgeting. All who worked on the job to be extremely professional.
While we now also take on new builds and commercial work, we'll always have a soft spot for our humble beginnings. Jarrod, Kate and the Modure Team have been an absolute pleasure to work with.
Their team of carpenters produced a high standard of work and their work ethic was beyond reproach. One of the strict criteria when embarking upon our project was to ensure that the addition to our property blended in with the existing building style, materials and other elements. From the first contact Modure were open and honest about timeframes and price. First I was slightly concerned because the first available time they could provide a quote was over 2 weeks away, however they definatly suprised me when they had the quote back to me before any of the other 4 companies (who were available to quote me within days). … Their had great knowledge about what can and cant be done and listened to me about what was important to us. The team were clean, tidy and respectful of our house and we barely knew they were there. We were kept upto date with progress and variences

Jarrod came to scope some updating work we were planning for our house, after talking to us about our plans and goals for the house he provided great advice for us to consider. While we aren’t planning to pursue the update work at this time, the honest and reliable advice provided by Jarrod ensures that if we do plan to do anything in future we would only use Modure.

Modure, have done the most wonderful job on our Bathroom renovation. Communication was excellent, tradesmen were tidy, Jarrod and Paul were back on the last day to inspect...a few things they weren't happy with so a tradesman is coming back...so small we wouldn't have noticed. Everything done to a very high standard....saving now for a renovation on our kitchen.....would not look anywhere else.

We recently renovated the Bathroom in our a home which was built in 1926 in Sarina. We thought long and hard about who to choose and from our initial contact with Modure and our meeting with Jarrod and his professional approach we released they would be the perfect people. We are so happy with the end result and with Jarrod and his whole team… and supporting tradesmen we would certainly recommend them. The way they cleaned up after each day on the job was fantastic. Modure Constructions completed our major home renovation from January – March 2016, and to say we are pleased with the result is an understatement.
