At Reef Properties we guide our clients through the design and building process and best of all, we offer fixed price contracts. Fixed price contracts means you know what you're going to get at the beginning of the process and no PC Allowances means no guessing and unrealistic budgets that get blown out of the water!

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. They have been absolutely phenomenal from start to finish and everyone from the office ladies to the builders themselves have been nothing short of amazingly helpful, supportive and understanding throughout my entire build process all the way from drawing up plans to handing the keys over and after care.
