Originally started in Mossman, Far North Queensland by a local family in 1996, the business was known as "Mossman Easy Movers". It began servicing a small population of approximately 5000 people with one small truck and a handful of furniture pads.

I tried to get a quote and relocate painlessly in January. They asked me about an inventory list and I provided it the next day. It doesn't look like this company is interested in clients. No calls, no emails. I tried to ring them, emailed them a couple of times - no response. If you're too busy and can't handle all the inquiries and such workload at the beginning of the year - please have a courage to admit that and notify a potential client you can't help him. Waste of time....

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
Find a mature well-reviewed company that will give you a WRITTEN quote. Terrible management (Grace), abusive staff (Nick). Unreliable, last minute change of dates, don't arrive on time arranged. Invoiced DOUBLE the verbal quote! So they withheld extra goods. Had to call police to get staff in line and complain to Fair Trade Australia & Australian Furnture Removals Association. Total nightmare! And for what??? Stay clear!

Amazing. Same day service which no other company offered. The boys went above and beyond to lug my furniture all the way up my steep driveway with no complaints. You guys are legends will definitely use again! (Sorry that means you have to deal with my driveway again!) haha. Thank you!

A very disappointing experience.
A booking was made to uplift my furniture Friday the 15 th of January
At 7 am.
The furniture was to go into storage.
A 7 am time was confirmed by MEM the evening before.
No one turned up and no one called.
I eventually got through at 9.30 am to be told unforseen circumstances had occurred but the guys would be there by 1 pm.
I get a call at 1 pm to say they were delayed and would be at my place by 3 pm.
Again no show.
I called at 3.45 pm to be told another hold up but they would be there at 4.30 pm.
Finally 3 guys arrived at 5.15 pm.
By this time I was

I had to get stuff down to Brisbane, from Cairns. I've got zero ability in estimating cubic metres and was vague when asked how many boxes I'd need. Nothing was a problem for them! They ended up giving me way too many boxes, one quick text resolved that, they're coming around tomorrow to collect the excess and have already decreased the invoice total, all based on trust. They were a breath of fresh air to deal with. Highly recommended.

We had the contents of a large home moved today from Trinity Park by MEM Removals to a shipping container stored at our block in Kewarra Beach. The company has had new ownership who I found all staff to be efficient and knowledgeable for the services offered. The guys turned up as scheduled and worked incredibly hard in the hot weather, packing everything with great skill to fit all of our belongings carefully into the truck and then to the container. All members of staff were extremely helpful and accommodating to anything we needed. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for
