Rubbish service and very expensive. felt like been in slaughter house. No hygiene maintenance. Bin always full. Staff is over booked and always tired. They will call you multiple time to change appointment. Long queue and waiting is very normal. Over charge than agreed price. stopped going there after getting ripped off in fist visit. Dont risk you teeth. There are lot better professional dentist around.

Went there today.The dentist was not professional at all .All she was interested in was the billing and rushing through to maximise the revenue.She did not even bother to decently introduce herself or ask for my concerns.And this time...( being going there for 15 yrs under different managements) I feel being ripped off as she did not even do a satisfactory job. Did not get value for money.Both my husband and I were absolutely disgusted.

Came here for a feeling 2 weeks later feeling broke then had it repaired, tooth now has nerve problems and I have intense pain and sensitivity had no issues before I came here for a check up was told I needed this feeling regret the moement I went here. Dentist didn't even care she showed poor customer service avoid this place .

I went here to get a crown put on my daughters tooth, because we were moving to Glenroy from the other side of the city. Our old dentist had diagnosed a cavity and put spacer bands on ready for the crown. When we arrived at GDG, they took an Xray but took ages finding the Xray images in their system. Which seemed very disorganised. Then they advised they didn't have the right size crown and we were sent away. We were given an apointment a few weeks later, when they advised the crown would be available. But again we turned up and got told they still don't have the right size crown, so we were sent

Thank you soo much your girls are amazing making me feel comfortable.I get anxiety and anxious getting feelings and getting my teeth cleaned .Dr.chandi did an amazing job she was gentle , I also took the gas pump and I was very comfortable didn’t feel any pain .
I will definitely go back , thank you once again girls -see you next clean up !

Done my permanent crowns on my upper front tooth. Spent about 4000$ only to get a grey front teeth. Doctor asked me to wait for 3 days. Never called me to ask how am I going with my new tooth. I called them after 3 weeks and then again they asked me to wait another 3 weeks. It’s almost 2 months after my appointment. Never called again.
