My first experience 4 years ago went great; fixed up a tooth chip straight away and the service was great.
The latest experience; tooth filling fell off, called up and was told I couldn't get the issue seen to until I had a checkup first for $250 that was a seperate charge. Then was told Dr Greg wasn't available till June (5 months away)
Called a brunswick dental clinic immediately after and got a booking in 3 days, and no checkup charge.
Really unhappy with the service provided

I’ve been going to Pascoe vale dental group since it opened . Greg is my dentist which I have been seeing for 15 years plus. As a nervous patient the Pascoe vale dental group have always taken care of me. They have a gentleness and caring nature each time time l visit which includes the whole team. . For somebody who has a phobia of the dentist they always go out of their way to make me feel as comfortable as I can. I Can’t highly recommend them enough truly. Christine😊

Did not listen to me when I complained of pain in my lower molar on right side. I asked repeatedly and the dentist told me I just had sensitive teeth. Went to another dentist six months later who ended up doing a filling as there was decay under my original filling and extracting the other tooth.
Dentist continues to hound me to rebook despite me advising multiple times that I have moved away from the area.

I've been with these guys for a few years now and though the people there seem nice, I keep having issues which altogether leaves me with a bad taste (excuse the pun). A filling which lead to an extraction, trouble getting through on the phones, a feeling that everything is a bit rushed and overall seemingly pricey... I've decided to move on.

I am so stoked with my new whitened teeth. I first met Shika earlier this year when she was my hygienist for a routine check up. She is the most thorough hygienist I’ve ever had. My teeth looked and felt amazing and I felt so much more relaxed to be returning to the dentist again. This afternoon I had my teeth whitened with their ‘zoom’ whitening treatment. I am so stoked with the result!! Everyone was so lovely and excited for me leading up to the appointment and also when I walked in today. They even rang me to ask me if I would like to bring in my own music to make my visit more comfortable

I have put off going to see any dentist as I have abit of a fear, and someone recommended seeing Greg, my first visit I was a nervous wreck., But Greg is was super patient, and understanding even if I didn't want to open my mouth,
Had my second visit today, I know I have some work that needs to be done, but I am so grateful for Greg and Suzie and others who have been professional and caring,
I still get nervous but I know I am in good hands😬😬

Absolutely horrible customer service after they failed to create the booking I asked for. Was frustrated when I took time off work and planned my day around this dentist appointment in which never happened. Then when trying to rebook, the practice manager Susie Raso came out and started raising her voice and throwing insults and accusations.
I heard the dentist was wonderful, but I will never go back due to the absolutely deporable service by their staff and practice manager Susie Raso.
