If you have had an accident and it was not your fault, talk to us we will get you back on the road with as soon as possible. The replacement vehicle is able to be delivered to your place of work or home, or to the panel shop where you are having your car repaired, so you are never without wheels. Copy of your registration paper and insurance papers for the damaged vehicle, and it all cover the date of the accident.

Not at Fault are the accident replacement car specialists, supplying courtesy cars free of charge to people involved in road accidents in which they were not at fault. Not at Fault claims all the bills of the courtesy rental car charges directly to the at fault insurance company on your behalf.

We have maintained a low cost option for customers in the rent-a- car market which has earned us our good reputation and repeat customers. Most people can't afford car hire from the big companies if they are paying for it themselves or are not part of a corporate booking. This is where we come into the car rental arena in the Australian car rental market.
Our sole business at Not at Fault is to provide accident replacement vehicles. These are courtesy cars provided free of charge to people if they are the non fault party in an accident, while their car is in the panel shop for repairs. Our rental charges are then paid by the at fault driver's insurance company.
Once we have all of the information we need, Not at Fault will assess the application to make sure we are able to supply you with a vehicle. When your claim is approved Not at fault will contact you to organise a date and time of delivery that is convenient for you. Usually we will meet you at your smash repair shop when you are dropping off your vehicle for repairs.
NOT AT FAULT will be paid for the replacement vehicle charges by the insurance company of the driver who caused the accident. There is absolutely no cost to you if you are the non fault driver in the accident. You can receive a replacement vehicle after Not at Fault rentals has approved your claim and your vehicle has been admitted to your smash repair shop, or if your vehicle is not drivable you may be entitled to a hire vehicle straight away.
The following terms and conditions govern your participation in the Not at Fault Customer Referral Program, which we'll call Program here for short. The Program is run by us; Not at Fault. The Participants referred to below are you (a Qualified User), and the person you've referred (a Referred User).

Two intimidating men, one middle eastern & one indian appearance arrived at my house (via the back entrance) and demanded return of a "white Camry" from my wife who at the time was the sole person home. She stated numerous times we do not have a car as such, they asked to look inside our garages to wich we denied this. My wife, clealy by now shaken after this farce, demanded to see some paperwork in order to identify themselves. No paperwork wass produced other than a post it note with my address on it. After approx 15 minutes of insisting to hand over 'the car and keys', one of them men then rang

Complete waste of time and waste of our money. Offered us a car without hesitation which we thought was great as our car would be out of action for a while. They said they would follow up the claim with the at fault party and driver but 6 days later we get a rude call asked asking to return the car. Without any real explanation or previous… communication that the claim was not followed through. It was mentioned they had a computer glitch in our claim and then on pressing them it was made clear it wasn't followed up and they demanded the car back that day leaving us without a car. No offer

Excellent service, door to door delivery and always cars available. These guys have never missed a beat in all the time we have done business. I highly recommend 10/10
