This is the first time I rent a car in the US, done it through VIP cars. The experience was really great, the service was provided by Alamo. VIP offered such great prices. I think that it helped to make the reservation with a couple of months in advance. But besides that it was a great experience for me, having the car they offered for 11 days at a daily rate of $48. Do I recommend this service? Yes, Will I use it in the future? For sure they will be my first option.

Had to cancel my booking and couldn't do so online because the website was not taking my confirmation code - called in to avoid the headache with hopes that this could be done smoothly

I talked with Johnson Smith and he was very helpful and attentive. I had a big issue with my flights and he helped me and did his best to provide the best experience. Nowadays, it’s hard to find a representative who really cares and understand your situation, he did it all. He was kind, respectful and provided a great customer service. Helpful, very friendly service. Car in good condition at a very reasonable price. They allowed us 2 extra hours on the booking for no charge or hassle when our flight was delayed. Excellent experience and will use them again when we travel to Cyprus next year.

Seriously bad news. No email with instructions on how to find the place. It was half a miles walk from the airport in the pouring rain (crete airport). Rude, seriously slow and unprofessional service. Tried to hand us a dirty scratched car and tried to charge other people handing a car back for being dirty when the car they Tried to hand us was cleaner and still filthy. Wasted 3 hours of my time. So cleanliness standards were so poor not good in covid eh! AVOID!!! SERIOUSLY BAD
