The trip was better than expected! What I imagined to be a simple tour by sea turned out to be a calm, majestic and relaxing journey to discover Sydney Harbor on board a pristine vessel. The trip was really calming too.
Lunch was delicious - I ordered the barramundi fillet and its taste was simply out of this world.
Lots of photo opportunities, especially on the top deck.
Beautiful hospitality, kind smiles and unforgettable experience.

It’s unfortunate that I have to leave this negative review but after todays Christmas Lunch cruise with our usual crowd of 7 (this was our 6th year in a row Christmas lunch cruise) we all came to the same conclusion this was the worst by far and probably won’t do this again with Captain Cook Cruise. Very sad as loyal return customers who always try… to support local businesses especially in these very challenging times. First time in 6 years that our table was not offered more oysters or seafood and then when asked staff nicely our request was denied by the chef! $159 per head

Good trip. People are friendly. Food is ok, just need more seasoning, chicken is juicy but a bit lack of flavour. Overall 8/10 :) thx for your service!

$500 tickets purchase in good faith, no refund offered for mitigating reasons. So basically lose $500 or be forced to go to a high risk event for contracting covid and potentially loose $6,500 on a holiday as we won’t be able to travel. I would have thought in these challenging times that a bit more sensitivity is offered.
No terms and conditions are supplied until you have booked and paid. It’s a bit misleading!

We had a great time! Staff super nice and accommodating. Food selection is great and good variety of drinks from tea, cocktails to wine.

We had a fantastic day at Captain cook cruise( harbor bar)... live music in the afternoon, dinks and side foods all were perfect while chilling out on our seats with a stunning view of the sea, Opera house, harbor bridge,etc.
Staff were so much friendly in organizing us as a big group with kids to be settled.
Roof top deck was another lovely thing about this cruise with enough room to move and see around.

We had an absolutely amazing time on the gold dinner cruise! Service was impeccable and the views/atmosphere were incredible. Unforgettable experience for our anniversary. Food was quite good and tasty, we were very happy. Thank you!

Morning tea cruise was brilliant. I gave this 5 stars because firstly its a beautiful stable boat. Secondly the crew are very friendly and welcoming. Most impressive though was the comprehensive detailed information provided in a clear manner by our guide. For anyone who has been frustrated on other tours visiting different cities this is much different. No automatic recorded scripts that often get out of sink!! In fact we have been on other tours around Sydney but were much better informed this time.
The little extra paid for a glass of sparkling wine and boxes of treats was an enjoyable option

We wanted to do a nice Harbor cruise while visiting Sydney and this hit all the right notes with us!
It was roughly 2hrs and we started from Wharf 6, passing right by the famous Sydney Opera House, then continuing on through various Heads (a piece of land that projects into the ocean) and beaches, past Port Denison, looping us back around under the Sydney Harbor Bridge.
We did the afternoon Harbor Story cruise (they do it twice a day: 10am & 2:15pm) and our tour guide, Sarah, was excellent!
The ticket (A$49) includes tea, coffee, and biscuits. For an additional A$10, you can get the premium

We had dinner cruise during Vivid 2019 and had surprisingly good experience. The dinner was set menu but was surprisingly good (we thought cruise menu was going to be very average!). Would-be happy go go again in the next special occasion.

We had a long list of to dos while we were visiting Sydney but the Captain Cook Cruises is one of my favs!! The tour guide was fantastic , he explained in detail all the history and significance of Sydney and even volunteered to take pictures for us!!!

This is definitely a MUST DO while in SYDNEY!!!

The online booking is a bit difficult, in that the information they give you afterwards is so convoluted and not written well. I had no idea which port my tour was meeting at and it wound up being the wrong port that I'm staying close to. In any regard, after some pestering from their email customer service rep he got everything sorted.
The tour itself is great - get the Premium. It's worth the extra $10. We were welcomed with champagne upon embarking and got first choice for seats. We also got a cake package which was pretty neat and a free coffee drink on board.
Our commentator, Paul, was super
