I grew up in Asia and so I know what good Asian food should taste like. Trust me when I say this, the food here is pretty bad, not the worst, but close. I've ordered here twice. First time was bad and the reason for the second time was just to make sure the first time was not a one off....and it wasn't! The one star is because the staff are very friendly. Never again will I go here, such a complete waste of money and food.

Had dinner here with my family about a month ago and it was fantastic.
The food was plenty and taste fresh and great.
We ate inside and noticed there were a lot of people picking up orders, indicating the food is good !!
Service was great 👍
Can’t wait to come back and hopefully it will be sooner than later 😁

Great quality Chinese and Oriental Food. Easy for a sitdown restaurant experience or just a really nice lunch. Before I moved away from Queensland I would regularly get the Orange Fried Duck for lunch. Attention to detail is king even with holes in the lid to stay crispy and sauce seperated so it wouldnt go soggy. Amazing.

Happy to see they have finally modernised by getting onboard with menulog. Fortunately they give you an option of when you would like your food to be ready. Unfortunately when you get there the large boxes are now small, and more expensive. Plus the food wasn't ready for pickup. Lucky the food is so delish! It was the best diarrhea i have had for a long time.

I dined at this restaurant last Thursday with 7 friends. I was reluctant to visit after reading the previous reviews. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and efficiently of the waiter (I think it was the manager). We all ordered separately from the menu which was extensive. Everyone in our group were very happy with their meal. I had braised chicken and cashews which was delicious. The meals were all brought out together which is what I expect when dining with a group. The meal portions were very good. Very clean. I would definitely go back there. Convenient parking out front.

Love everything about Kam Koon Chinese Restaurant. the dinning in experience is fantastic with a peaceful great setting and fantastic customer service. The takeaway menu and service is just as fabulous as the dinning in experience and the food is always quality sizzling taste sensational. I was so impressed I did a blog.

Considering the variance of reviews and Kam Koon is the only properly set up Licensed Chinese restaurant in the area, my family and I gave it a go!!
We dine out a lot and enjoy lot of Asian food. We thought Kam Koon's food was good, Decor was as expected for a Chinese Restaurant and the Service we thought was excellent. Their Lychee Martini Cocktail was amazing!!
We thought the cost was reasonable considering the quality and portion size. We are new to the neighborhood and will be going back. We have already purchased take-aways for Origin nights.
