The guys were recommended to me a few years ago and whilst I have referred their details to a few clients over time I had not used them personally until now - they have just replaced two roller doors and motors for me. Great service, do what they say they will do, use good product and are priced competitively.
From Lincolns initial discussion and phone quote to him coming round to measure and confirm he was decent to deal with - the timeframe he gave was accurate and then good contact and communication from Sara in the office and Sam and Bray the installers were decent blokes who worked well together

I called these guys because the reviews were great and I can see why. Lincoln came around and was awesome, he ordered what was needed and booked in the work for the next day. Sam installed the new motors and went above and beyond ensuring everything was how I wanted. Had the motor in my garage door break, emailed them and got a quote the same day and had a new motor installed and the old motor taken away the next day. 2 weeks later the actual door was coming off the tracks so i emailed late afternoon to get someone to take a look at it and quote me to see what needed to be done to fix it. Got an email back straight away and was booked in the next day. Lincoln came out and repaired the door free of charge! Would have been happy to pay for the service but extremely pleased with how professional they are. Customer service is amazing! Would recommend these guys
