Friendly when selling you the bikes and equipment, however don't want to help you when the bike breaks down for no reason.
after forty mins of use on a beginner level trail circuit and my son didn't come out of first gear. The bike stopped providing a spark.
We phoned and and asked for advice and they weren't interested.
All they want is for you to bring the bike back so they can charge you to fix it and don't want to offer any advice on what the problem may be.
2 stars for the customer service at the start 0 for the aftercare, it's quite clear all they want you to do is bring the bike back

Not impressed with this mob at all. Put a bike on layby in October, was told bike was in stock. The owner showed me the boxes in the service area that the bike was in. Said I needed it for my daughters birthday in January he said all is fine and the bike is on layby for me. Made payments over the months. Called a week before I needed the bike. Guy on the phone said yes it would be ready for pick-up on Friday. On Tuesday got a call to say bikes havnt even landed in the store and there is no bike to pick up. Daughters 11th birthday ruined. Thanks guys. Will NOT be recommending this place to anyone

Nothing but a positive experience everytime I've come in with my farm quad and everytime I've called up. Super friendly and understanding. Excellent service. 💯

This is the best motorbike shop in Perth they are the nicest people I got bikes from here no issues

Me and my mate picked up a couple of Pit bikes from here the other day and the old bloke in there has great customer service. I'll happily return for any upgrades, repairs or purchases in future.

Rude, Obnoxious and extremely unhelpful, no customer service. as someone who knows nothing about bikes i contacted for help, with absolutely none given and waved away. i would never consider giving this business my hard earned money. my advice, learn to look after those that ask!

Thanks to Paul and shop for expedient and cost efficient repair work to get my farm quad on the road again. Transparent from the outset. Cheers

First post sale call....bikes throttle cable snapped at the lug ....we got educated by graeme on it being a 'nipple, not a lug and then a lecture on how even though he could replace it with his eyes closed, i have to toughen up my kids and let them do it themselves. He finished with 'youre not very good at taking a bollocksing are you'

Spontaneously called this business, answered promptly with an actual human 👌🏻, listened to my needs/requirements and sought a solution all whilst on the phone.
Then when visiting the business, although very busy, their staff made the effort just to say g’day, and “feel free to have a browse” and made it very comfortable to have a look at all their bikes. One thing i really liked was a price on each and every bike they had with all its specs a customer would wanna know.
Purchased a bike today for my son, and was informed of everything required to ride it and maintain it.
